I've spent 14+ years operating at the intersection of engineering delivery and cross-team coordination often wearing the TPM, Engineering Manager, and Architect hats simultaneously, even when my official title said something else.

Currently, I'm subcontracted through WeAreMeta to Mindera on the Marks & Spencer (UK) Sparks card program. I coordinate daily delivery across 4 teams (~20+ engineers), represent my pod at cross-pod Scrum of Scrums, track dependencies and blockers, and hold weekly alignment meetings with downstream consumers. I also coordinate warroom sessions for production incidents and triage support tickets across the transaction bridge and downstream systems.

Before this, I was the sole TPM for Jupiter Light's e-wallet MVP over 8 months — gathering stakeholder requirements, defining scope, creating user stories, building the delivery timeline, and coordinating a team of 4 developers from concept to production-ready launch.

At Devoteam (nearly 3 years), I worked across 8 client engagements. Highlights include: translating cryptic government specifications into actionable deliverables for a public service productivity platform (coordinating 3 developers and 1 designer, PO and PM); presenting a cloud architecture proposal to ~200 stakeholders across multiple departments while live-translating from Portuguese to English; and acting as security champion on a legacy system migration, making exception decisions on Fortify and SonarQube findings within client guidelines.

Earlier, I led a team of 20+ developers at Bring Digital — mostly junior engineers fresh out of bootcamp coordinating product definition, stakeholder alignment, and daily burndown/velocity tracking for a banking platform modernization.

My career started at Amberjack Solutions, where I was sole architect and delivery owner for end-to-end telemetry systems used in oceanography and environmental studies from hardware design and PCB prototyping through online fleet management platforms monitoring hundreds of remote autonomous stations.

I'm a dual US/Portuguese citizen, native in both English and Portuguese, proficient in Spanish. I'm looking for fully remote TPM or Engineering Enablement roles with US, UK, or EU-based companies.
