I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive AI adoption, modernize legacy systems, and run mission-critical platform delivery—partnering with senior stakeholders to achieve measurable availability, cost, and release outcomes with empowered teams.

I’m an Engineering Director and technical leader with 20+ years of experience in technical leadership, systems analysis, and software development across Financial Markets and E-commerce. I string results together by defining and executing Gen and agentic AI adoption strategies to accelerate development lifecycles, from discovery to delivery.

In my current role at La Redoute Portugal (Galeries Lafayette Group), I restructured and managed an engineering organization of ~50 people (8 teams) supporting more than 7 European markets. I executed the company’s AI adoption strategy using LLMs for validation and execution of legacy system migrations (COBOL to Java) and automated documentation for AS400 systems—reducing reverse engineering effort from weeks to hours.

I consistently deliver measurable operational outcomes: €2.8 million in EBITDA savings through CAPEX optimization, a 60% reduction in monthly logistics infrastructure costs via automatic scaling and log optimization, and 99% availability of supported platforms through multidisciplinary teams and mission-critical operational ownership.

I’ve also led high-impact, complex platform work—Agile delivery on trading/post-trading systems, including the new PUMA trading platform with CME and phases 1 and 2 of the new IPN post-trading platform with NYSE (ex. Cinnober). Across roles, I mentor teams, lead crisis management and performance turnarounds, and align stakeholders at VP level to ensure value, quality, and resilient operations.
