What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead engineering teams and partner closely with Product to deliver end-to-end products. I want a role where I can balance technical sustainability, clear communication, and user-focused UX—using strong metrics and coaching to grow people.

I’m an Engineering Manager with 8+ years in software engineering and 3+ years leading teams. Since my first job, I’ve focused on helping people grow and building end-to-end products with simplicity, critical thinking, and user experience in mind.

I naturally move between technical execution, product thinking, communication, and operational challenges—so I can balance delivery with sustainability. At Web Summit, I lead a team of 2–3 engineers across delivery, performance reviews, career development, and continuous feedback.

I also bring hands-on engineering depth: I’ve contributed to a Ruby on Rails monolith and built REST APIs and admin tooling in Ruby and JavaScript. I set up engineering processes from scratch, partner with Product on roadmap trade-offs, and use product and engineering metrics workflows (Amplitude, Metabase, Sentry, New Relic, Matomo) to drive operational visibility and delivery analysis.
