I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can lead or support teams, solve people’s needs, and create welcoming, well-organized experiences.

At Beecher's Handmade Cheese, I lead staff through customer service, food preparation, sales, scheduling, and health-safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

I've also guided prospective students as a Pacific Lutheran University Admission Ambassador and supported YMCA members by resolving account issues and using Salesforce and Daxko.
