I’m looking to lead business growth and operations coaching where revenue systems, production focus, and leadership development are built for measurable ROI—especially in home service trades.

I serve as a CCO for Business Growth Solutions, partnering with home service trades to build business systems that drive production, gross margin, and motivated field performance. I create training content—like “The Closers,” “Service Mastery,” and the “Revenue Acceleration System”—to help teams execute with clarity and consistency.

Previously, I led operations at scale, including creating RCOS (Revenue and Operations Control Systems) to maximize gross margin, minimize labor cost, and increase compensation. As VP of Operations, I developed operations processes for GMs, Office Managers, and Field Staff across 10 branches, consulting with a $27M branch and helping it return to a profitable position within 60 days.
