At USA Parts and More LLC, I lead day-to-day operations for a U.S.-based eCommerce company specializing in OEM appliance replacement parts. I manage about 70 retail and wholesale orders and 30 customer interactions each day, from processing and fulfillment through delivery and issue resolution.

I've helped grow the supplier network from one to four suppliers, improving sourcing capabilities and inventory availability. I also researched and sourced the company’s first supplier for a new marine parts category, supporting expansion into a new market.

I improved eBay handling time from three business days to two by optimizing fulfillment workflows while maintaining shipping commitments. I independently learned large-scale product database management and bulk listing processes, eliminating the need for outsourced upload support.

I manage more than 30,000 OEM replacement-part listings across eBay and WooCommerce, including inventory synchronization, pricing, catalog maintenance, returns, warranty claims, and customer escalations. I'm pursuing a Master of Science in Logistics & Supply Chain Management to strengthen my operations, procurement, and supply chain work.
