What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations, supply chain, logistics, or ERP-focused role where I can improve processes, strengthen inventory and data controls, support users, and deliver reliable results in a dynamic English-based environment.

I've led Chocolate Ecuatoriano C.A. (Chocolaterca) as General Manager and Owner, controlling purchasing, inventory forecasting, production schedules, budgets, quality control, and corporate sales quotations.

At Novatech, I manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 purchase and sales modules and support end users across Ecuador, Peru, and Colombia with complex ERP process and technical issues.

My background also includes logistics and distribution at Xerox, where I prepared import purchase orders, analyzed warehouse stock reports, and supported inventory verification.

As an Industrial Engineer with an MBA, I bring hands-on experience designing distribution procedures, managing Baan ERP inventory controls, and improving operational workflows in Spanish- and English-based environments.
