I reduced recruitment turnaround time from an average of 60 days to 30–33 days and helped scale the Finance Shared Services team from 40 to approximately 70 employees. I also increased New Hire Experience satisfaction from 80% to 95% by restructuring onboarding frameworks.

I developed an HR SharePoint site with video tutorials, support materials, and an integrated HR chatbot, and launched the company’s first AI chatbot and custom HR character. I lead the Onboarding Squad and helped conceptualize a centralized Onboarding Portal to make employee transitions more seamless.

Earlier at Aeon Credit Services Philippines Inc., I supported recruitment operations, candidate screening, applicant tracking, compensation and benefits, government compliance, contracts, timekeeping, and payroll.
