I’m a technically versatile IT support professional with a background in Applied Physics and Computer Science, and hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software systems. I enjoy client-facing work where I resolve technical issues quickly, support office technologies, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
In my current role, I provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Kyocera, Ricoh, and Konica Minolta multifunction printers and office systems. I diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime, handle customer inquiries and after-sales support, and coordinate servicing, deliveries, and support operations. I also manage inventory and stock tracking using Odoo ERP systems.
Alongside my technician work, I’ve strengthened my operational and documentation skills through roles that included customer support and regulatory support, as well as internships focused on installation, configuration, and network maintenance. I’m passionate about technology, quick to adapt to new systems, and eager to grow in enterprise IT support and infrastructure environments.
