I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can lead caseloads and ensure eligibility, accurate calculations, and strict HUD compliance—while using strong documentation, interviewing, and problem-solving skills to deliver reliable support to tenants.

I’m a Housing Authority Team Lead who reviews and processes affordable housing applications to determine eligibility based on federal guidelines. I conduct tenant interviews, explain complex program rules, maintain and update the waiting list, and ensure supporting documents are verified so qualified applicants are placed appropriately and documentation stays accurate.

I also supervise staff and manage caseloads for Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, ensuring eligibility, income, and rent calculations are correct while resolving participant/landlord issues. I handle complex cases such as Vash, Port in, and Veteran affairs with timely annual/interim recertifications, and I uphold HUD standards by monitoring housing quality compliance (HQS/NSPIRE), overseeing work accuracy, and producing occupancy and program compliance reports.
