What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a position in Human Services & Social Services and Customer Services where I can deliver high-quality service. I want to use leadership, organizational skills, strong communication, and case management to positively impact clients’ lives.

I’m a Housing Specialist focused on high-quality service, accurate documentation, and strong customer communication. In my current role, I process a yearly case load of about 450 clients, ensuring proper selection of housing through compliance with minimum housing standards.

I obtain documentation with clients and property managers, prepare loan packages for lending institution approval, and manage monthly and annual reporting. I also request code inspections, work-ups to determine rehab scope and cost, and ensure contractors and clients receive appropriate and timely payments.

Before this, I led intake and counseling work in fast-paced, high-accountability environments—conducting phone interviews, assessing needs and eligibility, and making recommendations based on investigations. I supervised intake procedures, maintained detailed client records, and completed data entry in systems including Sober Pro Systems Software and Workspace tools.

I’ve also grown into leadership through roles such as Executive Director and Program/Operations Director, coordinating faith-based counseling and social services for a 501(c)(3), building budgets, setting policies, and supporting staff through training and coaching. Across every role, I bring calm problem-solving, de-escalation skills, and a commitment to fair, dignified service for diverse people and under-resourced communities.
