What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can ensure affordable housing and mortgage compliance through audits, accurate income/asset calculations, and clear guidance—partnering with property teams to keep files and reporting compliant while continuing to grow in regulatory expertise.

I’m a compliance-focused professional who monitors affordable housing resident files for “federal, state, and local, regulatory and company policy compliance.” At Allied Orion Group, I evaluate projects for LIHTC, HOME funds, bonds, CDBG, and other HUD programs, and I support on-site visits as a point of contact for compliance issues.

I’m meticulous with “income” and “asset” calculations using “HUD 4350.3,” and I review and approve paperwork for resident move-ins and re-certifications, including tenant income certifications and verification documentation. I also track TIC trackers monthly, ensure first-year “Section 42” tenant files are 100% compliant, and prepare pre-audit findings and written deficiency direction.

Before compliance, I built hands-on property management experience, including managing wait lists, recertifications, work orders, and verifications/background checks as an assistant community manager and assistant property manager. I’m also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), bringing a client-ready, guidance-first approach alongside strong documentation and reporting skills.
