I’m a strategic talent acquisition executive with 18+ years of experience across healthcare operations, human resources, and enterprise recruiting—especially in FQHC and managed care environments. I build recruiting programs that hold up under complex, high-volume hiring demands.
In my current role as Director of Talent Acquisition, I lead multi-market hiring strategy across healthcare markets, supporting high-volume and specialty hiring. I partner with executive leadership to align hiring strategy with organizational goals, growth initiatives, and workforce planning.
