My name is Kelsey Rothweiler, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybercriminology & Security Studies at Indiana State University, with an anticipated graduation in August 2025. With over three years of experience in customer service, I have honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and leadership. My role as a Customer Service Lead at Remke Markets has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in retail operations while providing exceptional service to customers.

In addition to my work experience, I serve as a Residential Life Desk Manager at Indiana State University, where I train and mentor staff to ensure outstanding customer service and support for undergraduate students. My commitment to fostering a safe and welcoming environment is reflected in my recognition as the Residential Life Desk Staff of the Year. I am passionate about integrating my customer service expertise with my academic background in cybersecurity, aiming to contribute positively to a professional organization.
