What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or financial operations role where I can strengthen reporting, financial controls, workflows, and administrative systems while supporting leadership and sustainable business growth.

At Hurych Veterinary Services, I direct financial and operational administration for a $4M veterinary practice with approximately 35 employees.

I supported growth from $2M to $4M in annual revenue through financial oversight, reporting, and operational process improvements. I prepare financial statements, management reports, budget analyses, and cash flow forecasts for leadership.

I manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll-related administration, vendor relationships, collections follow-up, reporting systems, dashboards, and documentation. I also partner with the CPA on tax preparation, financial reviews, and year-end accounting activities.

Previously, at Texas Industrial Installations, I managed all administrative and financial operations as the sole office administrator, building workflows that reduced administrative bottlenecks. I hold an MBA in Accounting and use QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets to keep operations organized and visible.
