I’m Kelsey Bigelow, a marketer, community builder, and content
strategist who’s equal parts creative thinker and hyper-organized
operator. Over the past nine years, I’ve helped brands grow by
combining compelling storytelling with systems that scale. From building
out full marketing departments as the first hire, to designing community
events that generate real revenue, I love turning chaos into clarity and
ideas into impact. Whether it's launching a campaign, building content
workflows, or mapping out a customer journey, I bring a structured,
strategic lens to every part of the marketing process.
My family lovingly calls me “the cruise ship director” because I will make
a shared Google Doc for our vacation itinerary. I’m known for my multi-
colored calendars, a collection of pens for meeting notes, and the kind of
organization that borders on Olympic-level. I run on color-coded to-do
lists, and the energy of a well-executed brainstorm.
