At Quality Carriers, I founded QC Academy, the first centralized enterprise learning function, and advise the President and senior executives on workforce capability, leadership development, and change initiatives. Role-based onboarding contributed to an 18% reduction in first-90-day non-production turnover.
I also introduced AI-assisted design and content workflows, reducing instructional development time by 60%, and built a leadership development framework that trained 56 leaders. I established succession planning for 15 critical roles, with three successors promoted as incumbents departed.
Previously, at Maki Consulting, I led the learning and executive coaching practice, hired and managed a 10-person team, and delivered more than 100 learning and coaching programs for corporate clients. My work has also included training and workforce readiness at PharmaLink and professional development for public-sector and academic audiences in Peru and Vietnam.
