I seek an HR role where I can lead talent development, ensure compliance, partner with leadership, and drive operational and financial growth while fostering positive employee engagement.

I am an experienced Human Resources professional with 10+ years in the dental industry, focused on aligning HR practices with organizational strategy to drive measurable results.

In my current role I lead talent development and compliance across multiple offices, managing recruiting, full-cycle hiring, OSHA and HIPAA compliance, LMS initiatives, and HRIS/ATS administration.

As a regional/area manager I oversaw operations for multi-site regions, led business development, budgeting, performance management, and coached clinical and administrative teams to improve EBITA and operational efficiency.
