What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior HR leadership role where I can build scalable HR programs, lead multi-site compliance, improve retention, and coach executives in a mission-driven organization.

I am a strategic HR leader with progressive experience building and scaling human resource functions across healthcare, logistics, security, and technology sectors. I specialize in multi-state compliance, talent acquisition, HR operations, and executive coaching, and I align people practices with mission-driven goals.

In my current role I advise executive leadership and Boards, reorganized HR into a Business Partner model, authored core policies, led M&A integrations, and drove a 16% reduction in turnover through culture and performance-based retention initiatives. I have managed full-cycle recruitment, HRIS/ATS implementations, payroll and benefits operations, and complex employee relations and investigations.
