I’m looking to lead mission-driven development and organizational transformation—partnering with executives and boards to modernize CRM/workflows, strengthen governance, and scale impact through strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.

I’m a strategic operations and organizational leadership professional who partners with executive teams, Boards of Directors, government agencies, donors, and community stakeholders to drive growth, governance, communications, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Across nonprofit and public-sector environments, I have built alignment and translated vision into action through project leadership, stakeholder engagement, operational improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

My accomplishments include leading organization-wide CRM implementations, developing governance frameworks and board onboarding procedures, managing a $4M regional grantmaking and certification process, building strategic partnerships, and driving fundraising and organizational growth initiatives. I also leverage AI-enabled workflows to optimize research, communications, planning, and operational efficiency, helping teams move faster, make better decisions, and achieve sustainable impact.
