I’m a bilingual Spanish-English interpreter with over 2 years of experience providing accurate and culturally sensitive interpretation services across medical, legal, and customer service settings. I help clients and professionals communicate clearly—especially when it matters most.

In my current roles as an Independent Interpreter (Rima Interpreting & Logistics LLC and Wise Choice), I provide on-site interpretation for medical appointments, physical therapy sessions, legal hearings, and surgeries. I ensure clear communication between providers and Spanish-speaking clients while adapting to each client’s needs.

Through Lionbridge (Remote), I conduct over-the-phone interpretation (OPI) in healthcare, social services, and government sectors. I maintain high accuracy and cultural sensitivity, including support for legal hearings and child support services.

Previously, I worked in customer service and bilingual support roles at Transcom and MTI America, assisting Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries, billing, and technical support. I’ve built a strong track record of maintaining professionalism in fast-paced, high-volume call environments.
