I’m looking for a shift-based customer service role where I can handle high call volumes, resolve issues fast, keep precise CRM/digital records, and support clients with calm, service-recovery focus—especially in fast-paced teams.

I’m a “compassionate and solution-focused” professional with experience in healthcare, customer service, and hospitality. I’m known for managing urgent requests, monitoring client needs, and maintaining accurate digital records using CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and reporting systems.

I excel in shift-based environments, including nights, while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. I’m a strong communicator and fast learner who adapts quickly and stays calm under pressure.

In my current role as a Customer Service Representative & Cold Caller (Amend Business Solution / Tripoint Lending), I handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, introduce services clearly, update client details in the database, respond to inquiries with detailed information, and ensure proper documentation of every interaction.

Earlier, as a Healthcare Assistant (Annunciation Specialist Hospital), I monitored patients’ vital signs using electronic patient record systems, assisted bedridden patients with hygiene and mobility, and coordinated care activities with nurses and medical staff. I also bring proven customer-service and logistics experience from Last Mile Logistics Services (high-volume interactions, complaint resolution, CRM record accuracy, and delivery updates), plus fast-paced hospitality support from C'est La Vie (POS/order-tracking record keeping and coordinated service).
