At Semler Scientific, I lead a seven-person IT Applications and Technical Support team supporting approximately 300 end users, overseeing procurement, budgeting, vendors, and audit-ready documentation.
I directed SSO implementation for roughly 150 enterprise applications through Microsoft Entra ID and led the rollout of Claude Enterprise across IT and compliance workflows. I also lead a CMMC self-assessment initiative and analyze IT audit activity to deliver recommendations to leadership.
Previously as an Endpoint Engineer at Semler Scientific, I administered Intune, Entra ID, Office 365, Exchange Online, and Claude AI in a HITRUST- and HIPAA-compliant environment. I migrated 150 devices to Azure AD join-only and improved Windows Autopilot processes, saving hundreds of hours of manual effort.
My earlier work at Victaulic and Saint Clare's Health System included global SCCM support for 4,000 Windows endpoints, cloud management initiatives, PowerShell automation, patching, and high-SLA technical support.
