I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my customer service and administrative skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

I am a customer service representative with experience in providing exceptional support to clients and customers. At Concentrix, I was the frontline support, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively. My role involved understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services.

In my subsequent position at OP360, I expanded my skill set by providing general administrative support to the Public Affairs Department. This included tasks such as word processing, mail handling, and computer help desk functions. My ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of organization has been key to my success in these roles.
