For Waaree Energies, I architected a four-agent voice program connecting CRM, commerce, and WhatsApp to move solar leads through ordering. For HDFC Life, I designed renewal-calling logic and delivered an inbound agent; monthly interactions grew from 143 to 13,776 inside a quarter.
Before ConvoZen.ai, I took Gupshup’s portfolio to $12M+ ARR and improved NRR by 70% year over year. At Amazon, I led 700+ associates and promoted seven managers; at OYO Rooms, I opened an enterprise B2B vertical from zero to 400+ corporate accounts. I prototype with Python and SQL, and build internal tools including a natural-language-to-SQL agent over a 68M-row database.
