At RELEVANTZ, I lead solution architecture and technology strategy across AI, Voice AI, and enterprise engineering. I guide teams from business needs and architecture through implementation.

For the LKQ Inventory Agent, I implemented and deployed a production Agentic AI solution using LangGraph to orchestrate multi-step workflows. I integrated MCP enterprise tools, LiteLLM, AWS Bedrock Guardrails, and Langfuse tracing and evaluation.

I also architected the AI Employee Onboarding Agent, with LangGraph workflows and Agentic RAG using Pinecone. It integrates with HRMS, ITSM, and enterprise knowledge sources, with conversational memory, voice interaction, PII protection, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.

Earlier, I led engineering and product delivery at PDI TECHNOLOGIES, ACL DIGITAL / PAYPAL, and TOVOLOGIES. I founded BNB INFOTECH, where I built and managed teams delivering 200+ mobile applications and games.
