As a Lead Implementation Consultant – AI & CCaaS at Sprinklr, I serve as the senior-most implementation consultant, owning the full solution lifecycle from discovery through production deployment and adoption. I architected voice-based GenAI support bots integrating ASR, LLM reasoning, and automated resolution workflows, implemented production RAG pipelines and prompt engineering frameworks to improve accuracy, and built AI-enabled IVR routing and omnichannel orchestration across voice, chat, email, and messaging.

I also define AI observability frameworks (LLM latency, Time to First Token/TTFT, ASR accuracy, and failure-rate monitoring) to enable proactive performance management in production.
