What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and deliver production GenAI, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions where I can partner directly with enterprise stakeholders, build reliable AI platforms, mentor teams, and drive measurable operational impact.

At Airtel International, I led the delivery of production Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI systems across 14 African markets. I embedded with C-suite and operations stakeholders to turn complex requirements into secure, deployed solutions.

I shipped an LLM chatbot serving 4M+ monthly active users, reduced hallucinations from approximately 18% to under 3%, and designed HITL escalation paths that saved 15,000+ support tickets each month. I also architected FractGPT, cutting ad-hoc reporting turnaround from about two days to under five minutes.

I've led cross-functional teams of 8–12 engineers, built LLMOps pipelines on AWS, and established governance for PII redaction, prompt-injection defense, access control, and cost guardrails. My background spans full-stack engineering, enterprise architecture, client delivery, and mentoring engineers into senior and lead roles.
