What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a front-office/customer service role where I can manage calendars and appointments, communicate clearly with customers, and keep records organized while supporting a fast-paced team.

I’m a customer service rep/administrative assistant who keeps the front office running smoothly—answering phones, managing files, and organizing records with care. At Franklin & Prokopik, I managed front desk operations and supported attorneys with letters to attorneys and opposing counsel/pro se, including making and sending subpoenas.

I also bring hands-on customer support experience from Caliber Collision and Walmart, handling daily front office needs like greeting customers, maintaining the waiting area, and providing updates via email/text/phone. I’m skilled with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CCC One, and I’m CPR certified.
