What I'm looking for
I am an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in front desk operations, assistant management, and file management, with a growing focus on data entry and records accuracy. Throughout my career, I have supported daily office operations by managing high volumes of information, maintaining organized filing systems, and ensuring data is entered, updated, and stored accurately and efficiently.
In my role as a Front Desk Associate and Assistant Manager, I handled confidential records, processed customer and employee information, scheduled appointments, and managed reports while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. I regularly entered and verified data across internal systems, resolved discrepancies, and ensured information compliance with company standards. My position also required strong attention to detail, time management, and consistency, especially when handling sensitive documentation.
Previously, as a File Clerk, I developed a solid foundation in data organization and document control. I was responsible for sorting, indexing, digitizing, and maintaining both physical and electronic records, ensuring files were easily accessible and accurately labeled. This role strengthened my ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy when working with large datasets.
