What I'm looking for
As a dedicated feminist movement builder, I bring over 12 years of experience in grassroots activism, development work, and multi-media communications. My journey began with co-founding Drokmo, the first grassroots feminist organization in the exile Tibetan diaspora, where I spearheaded advocacy efforts and developed impactful programs for gender and sexuality education.
My professional path includes roles as a Program Officer and Program Associate with USAID's TSRR Program, where I led content strategy, gender mainstreaming, and program management. I also co-founded the Tibetan Feminist Collective, showcasing my commitment to empowering women and marginalized communities through media and research.
