At Centre for Law and Policy Research, I conduct interdisciplinary legal and policy research on gender justice and translate findings into reports, briefs, and public-facing work. I also design knowledge dissemination strategies and coordinate project activities with teams and community partners.
At Zero Gravity Communications, I managed brand communications and partnerships for real estate, FMCG brands, and city art projects including Abhivyakti City Arts Project. I strategised campaigns and used platform metrics to adjust their performance.
At TARSHI, I edited issues of In Plainspeak and led content strategy across social media and the publications archive. I also created reports and social media content to support advocacy efforts.
For my One Future Fellowship, I conducted primary research with respondents across several sectors and produced The Unwritten Dress Code, a satirical handbook examining gendered, classed, and racialised workplace professionalism. My work has also included research for UN Special Procedures and inclusive consultations with underserved communities.
