As a dedicated development professional, I have had the privilege of working in the social sector for four years, focusing on education, health, women and child development, disability rights, and gender sensitization. My on-ground experiences in program management, community engagement, and grassroots development have equipped me with the skills to employ methodical approaches and insights into feminist values and approaches.

My expertise lies in study methodologies, CSR activities, access to girls' education, and academic research. I have spearheaded projects that enhance livelihood opportunities for rural women and girls, and have conducted baseline and midline surveys to develop project designs and implement them at the field level.

I am well-versed in research methodologies, data management, and analysis, and have worked on academic reports and feasibility studies. I am passionate about creating a positive impact in the lives of marginalized communities and am committed to bringing about sustainable change.
