I lead gender, youth engagement, and voice-based development interventions at Gram Vaani.

I lead the Gender and Youth vertical, Network Engagement, and Content functions at Gram Vaani Community Media, where I have worked since 2011.

My work uses voice-based and mobile-enabled platforms to advance health, nutrition, child protection, digital financial services, sexual and reproductive health, climate resilience, and women’s empowerment. I have supported initiatives with partners including Azim Premji University, Gates Foundation, USAID, Amazon, Aangan Trust, CREA, CRY, and Sesame.

I plan and implement interventions, build partnerships, write grants and proposals, develop content, manage teams, and design monitoring, learning, and evaluation systems. I also work with IVRS, ODK Collect, qualitative and quantitative data, baseline and endline studies, and KAP measurement.

Earlier, I worked with PRIA, Saahasee, and PRADAN on local governance, social exclusion, women’s microfinance, livelihoods, community mobilization, advocacy, and training. I bring more than 16 years of experience supporting women, youth, rural communities, and grassroots institutions.
