I specialise in designing and implementing Management Development Programmes, Future Leaders pathways, operational training academies and AI-enabled learning solutions that are tightly aligned to business goals.

I am currently leading remote L&D for a multi-company group from New Zealand while continuing to run my own education business. I am fully AI-native and regularly build Custom GPTs and automated workflows to support learning design and delivery.
