What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead inclusive learning, capability, and community programmes where I can improve delivery systems, support diverse learners, build stakeholder partnerships, and use data to strengthen outcomes.

I've led learning, skills development, and renewable-energy programmes at Pele Energy Group, coordinating more than six concurrent programmes while maintaining 100% stakeholder compliance. I design practical training, digital learning resources, curricula, and reporting systems that improve learner outcomes and programme delivery.

Across training providers, schools, employers, and community organisations, I've supported learner placements, work-readiness programmes, skills audits, and quality assurance. I bring hands-on experience with Moodle, Bridge, Totara, Fusion, SQL, Power BI, and Excel, alongside a strong commitment to inclusive learning and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
