I am a learning leader with a strong foundation in instructional design and proven experience delivering scalable, technology-enabled programs. I have led teams (including a team of five at NZ Police), built serverless data pipelines for real-time learning telemetry, and created responsive eLearning used by hundreds of thousands of employees.
