At Protek North Solutions, I managed residential and commercial infrastructure projects from initiation through installation, testing, client acceptance, and closeout. I conducted client consultations and site walkthroughs to define project scope, then developed installation plans, schedules, estimates, and work scopes based on site conditions and client needs.
I coordinated suppliers, contractors, technicians, and clients to sequence field work and plan procurement. During delivery, I monitored scope, schedules, cost considerations, and quality, and resolved technical and logistical issues.
At LeafFilter Gutter Protection, I managed concurrent event projects across Northern Ontario, coordinating timelines, site requirements, vendors, staffing, materials, and onsite delivery. Earlier, at Music 21, I coordinated live-event projects with production values reaching approximately $1 million and troubleshot lighting, DMX, video, and networking systems.
