What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue learning and growing in a role where I'm challenged, inspired, and further educated while using my strengths in customer communication, sales, scheduling, and remote administration.

I've supported client relationships and appointment setting for Body Smart Fitness remotely for three years, guiding women through authentic Instagram conversations and toward consultation calls.

I process operational records, maintain data trackers, organize digital documentation, manage inboxes, and coordinate scheduling using Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Photos. I work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate daily reporting workflows.

Earlier, I spent six years at GoodLife Fitness building a personal training client base through face-to-face sales, customer service, and one-on-one fitness programs. I enjoy learning, being challenged, and connecting easily with different customers and personalities.
