Product Marketing Manager who leads cross-functional launches—turning complex strategy into clear customer experiences with empathy.
What I'm looking for
I’m a marketing and program leader with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution across enterprise technology and retail operations. I’m known for building strong partnerships, simplifying complex work, and helping teams navigate ambiguity with clarity and empathy—bringing brand strategy together with the realities of customer and partner experience.
At Microsoft, I recruited to create and launch the first Prompt Gallery Collection for Microsoft 365 Copilot, focused on Neuroinclusion, driving visibility for inclusive AI and expanding Copilot adoption across SMB and enterprise customers. I also managed end-to-end launch for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Insights—from naming strategy with legal, product, engineering, sales, PR, and the Naming Council to facilitating cross-functional alignment through MPF workshops, co-authoring launch materials, and building demos for Microsoft Ignite (2021). I delivered accessibility-focused sessions to 800+ attendees and supported inclusive technology narratives through events like Microsoft Ignite 2025 and Microsoft 365 Community Conference.
My work consistently sits at the intersection of people, process, and communication: I lead stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and operational execution to turn strategy into successful launch outcomes. Through product marketing and accessibility marketing leadership, I influenced inclusion initiatives, strengthened learning programs that reached 2,000+ marketing employees, and trained 50+ technical specialists—improving adoption of demo experience assets. Now, as an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks, I translate company strategy into consistent customer experiences and coach teams through meaningful operational change.
