Kayla Dobrosky

I’m a Registered Behavior Technician focused on evidence-based ABA therapy delivered through individualized treatment plans. I collect, record, and analyze behavioral data to track client progress and treatment effectiveness, with an emphasis on engagement, safety, and dignity.

In my current work with BlueSprig Pediatrics, I provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities. I’ve helped clients develop functional communication, self-help, and social interaction skills by consistently implementing intervention strategies.

I also apply structured planning and careful implementation through Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). I contribute to improved outcomes by supporting client safety while maintaining respectful, professional care.

Beyond direct therapy, I’ve worked as a Client Service Coordinator in a veterinary setting, coordinating scheduling and serving as a primary point of contact for clients. I processed prescription orders accurately, supported efficient clinic communication, and bring strong customer service, organization, and time management to every role.
