What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver data-driven ABA therapy, strengthen family partnerships, and use my caregiving and analytical skills to make a meaningful difference—especially in environments that value consistency, communication, and growth.

I’m a Registered Behavior Technician dedicated to delivering in-home ABA therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. I implement individualized behavior intervention plans while collecting precise session data and writing progress notes that support BCBA-supervised treatment planning.

I’m skilled in DTT & NET techniques and focus on treatment plan adherence, crisis de-escalation, and continuous problem-solving. I also build positive rapport with clients and families, collaborating on strategies that can be reinforced across daily routines.

Beyond direct therapy, I’ve supported team coordination and staff development. In my RBT/LTA role, I trained and mentored newly hired RBTs on behavior protocols, data collection procedures, and professional conduct, and I contributed to parent training and goal-setting meetings.

My background also includes fast-paced, high-accountability service work, where I practiced strong communication, adaptability, and reliability. With a B.S. in Political Science (minor in Sports Management), I bring a thoughtful, people-first approach—seeking a role where my interpersonal, caregiving, and analytical skills can create meaningful impact.
