I’m a performance-driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), educator, and mentor with over 8 years of experience supporting children in school, clinic, and home environments. I’m passionate about being a child advocate, empowering youth with the tools they need to succeed.

In my current role, I deliver ABA therapy using direct behavioral strategies, structured routines, prompting, and errorless teaching. I use data-driven interventions to decrease maladaptive behaviors and to support skill building—like helping an autistic client accept and try new foods—while communicating progress clearly to families and teams.

Previously, I delivered direct ABA therapy for clients aged 3–12, collecting and reporting behavior data via CentralReach while working one-on-one in homes, clinics, and school settings under BCBA supervision. I also brought strengths from my AmeriCorps experience as a student success coach—preparing learning materials, coordinating program activities, tracking academic and behavioral progress, and engaging families through outreach—so students and caregivers stay connected and supported.
