I’m a GTM Systems Engineer with 7 years of experience designing, implementing, and scaling revenue technology ecosystems that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to do their best work. Salesforce-certified, I focus on CRM administration, automation, workflow optimization, and platform integrations—translating business requirements into scalable systems that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and revenue visibility.
In my current role at Island Technologies, I design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across data model architecture, automation frameworks, integrations, and platform governance, supporting planned growth from 400 to 900 users by end of 2026. I’ve also rebuilt the Salesforce Deal Registration process to replace brittle automations with a resilient framework, evaluated and implemented Salesloft through a multi-vendor selection process, and configured Salesloft in a two-month timeline for 150+ users—while using Claude AI to improve the operations and end-user experience (including automated documentation and weekly patch notes). Previously at Wrike and Truepill, I led Salesloft rollouts, built Einstein activity tracking and reporting dashboards, improved speed to lead by integrating Salesloft with LeanData, and supported Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud administration to maintain secure access, consistent workflows, and adoption.

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions (data model, automation, integrations, governance) to support GTM systems growth. Lead Salesforce/engagement platform administration and evaluations, including Salesloft, and optimize the GTM technology ecosystem across the customer lifecycle.
