What I'm looking for

I’m interested in organizations that are growing, transforming, entering new markets, or need to translate strategy into consistent, scalable execution.

At AdalFi, I lead Product, Delivery and Customer Success through platform governance, release discipline and operating-model design. I’ve helped evolve bank-specific implementations into a modular, reusable fintech platform built for international readiness.

I joined AlmusNet as its first team member and built Campus on Cloud from the ground up. I grew the organization to 60+ people across Pakistan, Malaysia and Thailand, managed an approximately $3M portfolio, and established the product, PMO, delivery and governance foundations for a SaaS student-lifecycle platform.

At Techlogix, I led the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Higher Education practice, managing international implementations, a 70–80 person practice, and an approximately $5M portfolio. I created and institutionalized CSX, a methodology for international PeopleSoft Higher Education implementations.

Across financials, supply chain, core banking, higher education and fintech, I connect strategy, structure, governance, methodology, people and measurement. I’m focused on helping organizations scale, transform and translate strategy into consistent execution.
