At ABTS Convention Services, I manage day-to-day HR operations for a distributed workforce across multiple U.S. states and an international office. I support recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave, employee relations, HRIS, payroll-related changes, engagement, and offboarding.
I administer ADP Workforce Now, maintain confidential employee records, and coordinate benefits and 401(k) programs with employees, brokers, carriers, and plan partners. I also partner directly with executive leadership and managers on performance matters, organizational changes, policy questions, and sensitive People matters.
Previously at Northstar Lighting & Decor, I supported the full employee lifecycle while improving HR forms, documentation, and internal processes. I bring more than seven years of experience keeping HR practices organized, responsive, compliant, and employee-focused.
