What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my technical skills in cyber security while contributing to team success and customer satisfaction.

I am an Informatics Specialist with a strong background in cyber security and customer service. Currently, I work at Becton, Dickinson and Company, where I design project plans to enhance product upgrades for our clients. My role involves communicating with customers to simplify technical concepts, ensuring they understand how to integrate our devices into their networks.

Prior to my current position, I gained valuable experience as a Catering Chef and Manager at Chick-fil-A, where I honed my leadership and organizational skills. My ability to manage teams and streamline operations has consistently led to improved productivity and customer satisfaction. I am currently pursuing a Cyber Security training program, which complements my hands-on experience and prepares me for a Network Security support role.
