Supervised the Debtors and Accounts Receivable function in line with company credit risk policies. Managed end-to-end AR, optimized cash flow across high-value and high-risk accounts, and oversaw billing accuracy, reporting, and legal collections handovers.

Led a debtors team by setting and monitoring weekly and monthly collection targets and driving reduction in debtor days to improve cash-flow performance. Managed credit vetting, collections processes, reporting and KPIs, and supported month-end close activities including reconciliations, audits, and bad debt provisioning.

Managed horizon planning and operational finance activities across human capital, financial, change, and supplier management. Conducted credit vetting and fraud risk monitoring, maintained SAP master data for credit limits/blocks, and handled customer payments, refunds, and credit notes with standard and ad-hoc reporting.

Managed the full debtors function for approximately 320 accounts with an estimated R20m book value. Maintained bad debt below 2.5% by conducting daily collections, reconciling payments and ledgers, processing credit notes, and preparing legal handovers for overdue accounts.
