I seek a role where I can lead AR/debtors operations, improve cash flow, implement controls, mentor teams and drive measurable collection results.

I am an experienced Finance Team Leader and Debtors Manager with over 10 years' hands-on experience in credit control, collections strategy and operational finance. I lead teams, implement controls and deliver measurable reductions in debtor days.

Throughout my career I have managed high-value debtor portfolios and overseen end-to-end accounts receivable operations, from invoicing and reconciliations to legal collections and settlements. I consistently meet collection targets and maintain strong customer relationships while enforcing trading terms.

My technical strengths include SAP, Sage Pastel/Evolution, Odoo, Money Works, Cipherwave Business Solutions and advanced Excel, which I apply to reporting, ageing analysis and cash-flow optimisation. I have driven process improvements that reduced errors, sped dispute resolution and improved recovery rates.
