I’m a results-driven Finance and Credit Control professional with over 9 years’ experience in accounts receivable, credit control, billing, reconciliations, and financial operations across public sector and corporate environments. In my current role as a Senior Credit Controller at National Health Laboratory Services (NHLS), I manage a high-value, high-volume debtor’s book while keeping customers within targeted debtor days.

I analyse and validate large volumes of billing and testing data, resolve customer disputes through detailed account reconciliations, and ensure accurate invoicing through effective payment allocation. I use Oracle ERP to maintain audit-ready account notes and support month-end/year-end close, reporting, and compliance—bringing strong process improvement skills, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and ERP capability (Oracle, SAP, NAVision) to every cycle.
